With NFL week 2 over, here are the NFL Week 3 Power Rankings. Of course, my team, the Dallas Cowboys are at the top of that list!
1. Dallas Cowboys – They have another test this week against the Packers but they are the team to beat still in the NFC.
2. New York Giants – I hate to say it but Eli Manning has some pep in his step and it shows on the field. I mean, they are the defending Super Bowl Champs!
3. Green Bay Packers – They’re 2-0 and get this, they did it without Brett Favre! Too bad their power ranking is going down this week because they face the Cowboys.
4. Carolina Panthers – They are back to their winning ways and they did it without their top player, Steve Smith. Now that he’s back from his suspension, they’re even more dangerous!
5. Buffalo Bills – How’d they get on the list? Um, it must be the 2-0 record and the fact they can actually move the ball now.
6. Pittsburgh Steelers- The Browns weren’t that easy for them so I doubt they can handle the Eagles. They will rank lower next week.
7. Indianapolis Colts – They looked bad but they still managed to move the ball and als managed a comeback win against the Vikings. I’m sure they’re on their winning track.
8. Denver Broncos – They should be ranked higher but at the same time they shouldn’t have won last weeks game.
9. Tennessee Titans – Vince who? Oh, Vince Young and the controversy? Well, Kerry Collins doesn’t care, plus, he’s playing better and helping them win.
10. Philadelphia Eagles – If they didn’t play the Cowboys this past week, they might have been ranked higher.
Moving up on the NFL power rankings: Saints, Cardinals, Patriots, Chargers, Jets, Vikings and Redskins
