It looks the morning banana diet has become a big hit, especially in Japan. Japanese women have been using this new morning banana diet which is said to be extremely healthy and easy to do.
A lot of people are simply obsessed with dieting and looking extra skinny but the important matter is just to be healthy.
I was reading somewhere that some Japanese actress lost 26 pounds when she went on this morning banana diet which is probably why everyone is out to try this. I mean, anyone and everyone seem to be trying to do different things to try and lose weight. So, if you like bananas, then I would give this diet plan a try.
I read that the diet works as followed:
1. You eat one banana with a glass of water for your breakfast
2. eat a regular meal for lunch or dinner but make sure it’s before 8 PM
3. You’re allowed to eat a snack mid day (and it’s recommended)
4. No desserts (I think after meals but okay for snacks?)
5. go to bed before midnight
If you practice this regularly, it is said you can lose some weight.
