Mesothelioma symptoms are pretty common but the most difficult part is trying to connect all of it to Mesothelioma.
I was reading that Mesothelioma is a rare type of disease, especially since most of the Mesothelioma symptoms don’t usually show up until anywhere between 20 to 50 years after the exposure to asbestos. Now, if you ask me, this is probably one of the worst and most frustrating diseases to have. I mean, since the symptoms don’t start showing up until at least 20 years later, it’s rather difficult for any doctor to diagnose you.
In addition to that, even in the later part of the stage when the symptoms do finally start to show, there is not too much that can be done to slow down the progress anyways.
And if you ask me, that’s a pretty scray thought to have.
Mesothelioma symptoms vary depending on the person’s history and it’s usually a case by case type basis.
Below are some of the most common Mesothelioma symptoms:
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Coughing
Pain in chest or abdomen
Fluid in the chest, lungs, or abdomen
Weight loss
Loss of appetite
Inability to sleep
Husky voice
Difficulty swallowing
The first few symptoms are often what drives a patient to the doctor’s office. On top of that, a lot of those symptoms can be associated with other diseases which is extremely hard to do.
Check it out if you guys have a chance because this is a serious disease.
