The rumors continue to swarm as Chris Brown and Rihanna do a good job at keeping a low profile since reports of their fight this past weekend. The young handsome pop singer allegedly assaulted his girlfriend after a Grammy party late Saturday night from Clive Davis’ home. Brown was arrested for one count felony criminal threats. He paid his bail, which was set at $50,000, and he is still being investigated for a
possible battery.

A source says that the fight that ignited when Chris Brown got a text message from another young woman. Rihanna saw the text and got upset. I guess any female would if it appeared to be a “booty call” like this particular one did. The couple argued and one thing led to another. We can’t be 100% sure as to how the fight went and just how intense, but it sounds as though things got so intense that Rihanna ended up in the hospital and with bruises and a scratch on her face. However, police are still investigating. According to People.com, cops found Rihanna with a split lip and contusions on either side of her forehead after a 911 call was made. The 20 year old singer has postponed her concert in Malaysia for her “Good Girl Gone Bad” tour.

The Daily News spoke to a witness on Tuesday. The woman said she heard the raucous fight explode outside her house. “I heard the screaming. It was loud,” the homeowner said.

Both of the Grammy nominees did not attend the Awards Show Sunday evening at the Staples Center. Chris Brown is due in court March 5th.
