American Idol Winner Adam Lambert! – Be sure to watch the season finale of American Idol Season 8! One of the skilled finalists who has been pretty consistent throughout the entire season with amazing performances is Adam Lambert. A native of LA, Adam is only 26 years old and destined for greatness! Adam says he is impressed by all the warmth and support of all the other contestants, and it has actually been the most surprising moment he has had in his AI experience thus far.

Here’s what some of the judges have said about Adam:

Kara: “Amazing, and we’ll see you at the finals.”
Paula: “If Steven Tyler was the mentor, he’d be speechless.” (the first concert Adam ever attended was Paula Abdul’s “Under my spell” tour)
Randy: “You’re one of the best we’ve ever had on the stage.”
Simon: “I encourage people to vote for you because of your talent.”

The very talented Adam Lambert was the last finalist announced to be safe last Wednesday as Danny Gokey was sent home. Lambert scored 73% of the votes. The last guy who wore as much eyeliner as Adam and won the Grammy for best record of the year was Billie Joe Armstrong and Green Day (”Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” 2006). Some believe he’s a little more macho than Lambert. Adam is definitely knows how to rock the stage. He has proved that he’s one of the best male vocalists on the show. Let’s see if he can win it this week! Three cheers for Adam!!! He’s my favorite but America decides who takes it home, not just me! Be sure to cast your vote!
