This is the following post of the previous article about how I made on the first page on Google Search Result for the keyword “Contact form on blogger”.

As I said before, on this post I will reveal all tricks I used to get there on the first page in just few days. First check the image below. This is the result of my success experiment. Clicking on it will bring you directly to the Google Page.

So what is the trick? Here is the list of what I did

1. Keywords on the title
2. Keywords on the URL
3. Keywords on the first paragraph
4. Use Image with completely set properties, i.e image name and alt tag
5. Title on every links
6. Repeating keywords
7. Random / shuffling keywords
8. Don’t afraid to link to another site
9. Link to related or similar website
10. Following Posts
11. Swap The Post Title and Blog Title

Now let’s take the example / description of each point. First perhaps you have to open the previous post first as en example of the case study.

1. Keywords on The Post Title

2. Keywords on The URL

This is the advantage of using Wordpress or Blogger as our Blog Engine. Both of those softwares will automatically create the URL from The Post Title you wrote.

But be careful with long title, since either Wordpress or Blogger will also automatically cut it once the title reach some number of characters.

The solution is on Wordpress you can easily edit the post URL (post slug / permalink) with the feature built in it. On Blogger you can manipulate the URL by saving the post first with temporary post title just to get the right URL. Once it’s been saved, you can edit the post title again without having to lose / change your saved URL.

3. Keywords on the first paragraph

It’s been said that Google take the first paragraph as one of the most important part from a web page. I have also tried some experiments before, and this is true that Google take my first paragraph as a description of my page on Google Search Result.

Of course actually we can just set the META DESCRIPTION which is easy to do on Wordpress, unfortunately it’s kind of hard to do that on Blogger.

4. Use Image with completely set properties, i.e image name and alt tag

On that post I use a snapshot image of the example site. Even perhaps the right name of the images should be “vishal-sharma.jpg” or “example.jpg” or something. I prefer to use “contact-form-on-blogger.jpg”

And don’t forget with the ALT properties. This is so important to set the ALT on an image. and of course, set the ALT with the keywords.

5. Title on every links

This is just my own theory, but hope this is right. Google count every factor of every elements on a web page. So adding more elements with complete properties will hopefully make us look more professional which means more trustable.

Well again this is just my own theory, but this works on me.

6 & 7. Repeating and Shuffling Keywords

Shuffling Keywords means instead of just repeating the same keywords in every paragraph, it’s better to write the keywords on some different format.

example: Target keywords is : “Contact Form on Blogger”

We can also use these formats :

“The contact form belongs to…”, “Don’t steal that contact form, but..”, etc

example: Target keyword is : “Make Money Online”

We can also use these formats :

“Making money online”, “Online to make money”, “Money to make while we are online” etc

8 & 9. Don’t afraid to link to another site, but try as possible to link a well known site with good reputation.

Many people / blogger are afraid to link to another site because.. well many reasons. But I’d like to tell you here, Don’t be afraid! It is OK to link to another site as long as the site has a good reputation, or at least is not being marked as spam by the search engine.

Try as possible as you can to link to similar content page, that will make Google think that we are giving a real and trustable information to our readers.

Try to link to the internal page rather then to the homepage.

10. Following Posts

This is an easy to understand point. Having more content means there are more information to offer. That’s why Google put not only one but two pages on the result list. Check again on the snapshot above.

11. Swap The Post Title and Blog Title

Every words have a different value with their position on Google’s eyes. That’s why “Contact form on blogger | JackBook.Com” is better then “JackBook.Com | Contact form on blogger”

So try to put your keywords as the first words, and swap the post and blog title.

You can do this easily on Wordpress by installing All in One SEO Pack Wordpress Plugin, or on Blogger you can use this my tips to do Swap Blogger Title Hack.

That’s all are eleven tricks I did on my blog which successfully brought me to the first place on the search result page of Google.

Of course there are many more tricks but I didn’t use all of them because I forgot some LOL. Yeah me too need more practice.

Here below is a list of some mistakes I did on the experiment

1. Didn’t set the META Tags data. (I forgot to do it )
2. Need more shuffling keywords.
3. Set Bold on some important words, especially on the targeted keywords of course.
4. .. more to add later if I remember one

Do lot’s of practice, get your self use to do all tricks so you won’t do my mistakes.
