Are you wondering what this post is all about?
Okay, I’d like to take time this time off of everything and write something that will ask for your help.
Recently, we have had lots of people copying our posts (lighter term for stealing
). We just didn’t mind them back then but we think it’s about time to take some action. We are not talking about doing something really
. Basically, we just want to let their owners know that we know about what they are doing and share some blogosphere lovin’.
If you have some spare time please help us out and drop by this stolen blog post (that is a nofollow link by the way so as not to give out some link loving from this site. We are just
aren’t we). Its not the only but I lost the link to the others
So again, if you have some spare time maybe you could drop by that blog and post a comment on it or something. You could see mine and Jack’s already there. Maybe peoples comments would knock some sense into this guy and make him realize that stealing content is wrong.
Thanks Guys! ![]()

I’m having problems too with a few blogs… I started a thread on a forum to figure it out, you can read it here if you’re interested:
Weird TrackBack: http://www.bloggeries.com/forum/blog-marketing/3140-weird-trackbacks-hey-my-post.html
Oh… and I posted a comment on the splog!
thanks Zhu
I am also having that problem because I saw many of my posts written by me in a forum just the way I wrote no modification or anything.
im copying content from FREE ARTICLES website like articles-hub and articlesfactory.
does this same as stealing?
Im also copying content from free articles website long time ago but no more right now.Im more prefer updating my blog once a month than being a copycat.hu3
@balootisme
That would depend. It would be ok if you have the permission of who made the post or article. Its also ok if its open for everyone to just copy and paste.
@apisz
nice thing you mended your ways already
Ridiculing comment left on the splog. Glad to do it, those that steal are bad!

Thanks Thom!
my blog
http://julia-aquino.blogspot.com
is always a victim of this
scraper site like
boxxet.com
published my blog post
as a consolation they give me a linkback
(too bad!)
by the way,
how did you find out that they copied your post?!
Well, all the links were still there. It was there on the dashboard.
If the thief put a link of your blog.. Good
He did not put the link. He also copied it. Including the ads. lol
julia :
simple. go to and type your url and start searching for copies of your page on the Web. hehe
oh! i forget to put the url!
sorry jack.
http://copyscape.com
this site is useful to find duplicate content of our site.
just enter URL. then, they will find automatically our duplicate content.
give it a try
thanks for sharing your experiences guys.
nice
See This! Hahaha….

hey.. you got new design.. nice
There is a plug in for wordpress that automatically gets the links that are coming to your blog.
I think. Thats how I found it.
i think everybody here should click the ‘Flag Blog’ link on the blogger bar over there. google will shut his blog when it receives enough flagging. so, i have done my job, its ur duty now
when someone copied (steal) ur post
this means your doing good!
(like me)
you’ve caught them yeah…but as you said, be it bad or good comments we should not stop blogging right and consistency is the key plus you gave him an idea; to put it first on notepad before pasting it to his blog; now he will splog better
I have the same problem, I’d not mind if they left a link back
