Well that’s kind of proud to me as a Jakarta citizen
I just knew it after opening my rss reader, There on their official blog, Google Adsense Team announced we can’t access our adsense account because of a site maintenance during the time last weekend.

I was pretty surprised knowing that Jakarta is in.
Do we enter into the top 5 countries who has The Most Adsense Publishers? haha.. just curious.

But just let you know, we have many Successful Adsense Publishers here. well, if you can reach more then about US$ 1.000 in a month, you can say that you’ve been succeeded as an Adsense Publishers.

US$ 1 = about 9.000 Rupiah (Indonesian Currency) that makes US$1.000 = about 9 Millions Rupiah. In Indonesia, Minimum Labor’s Salary is about 700.000 Rupiah (US$ 80) a month. What a cheap salary right? That’s why so many company open their branch or factories here. That might be an hour salary in your country.

But fortunately we have pretty cheap living expenses here. For you information, the Mc. Donald cheapest packet is 5.000 Rupiah (US$ 0.6) and Mc. Donal hamburger is about 17.000 Rupiah (US$ 2)

Pizza Hut Lasagna is 15.000 Rupiah (US$ 1,5) and Pizza Hut Lime Squash is about 6.000 Rupiah (US$ 0,8)

And if you don’t know, Mc. Donald and Pizza hut are for middle up class people. People are usually just get their lunch or dinner at home or cheap restaurant. for 8.000 Rupiah (Less than 1 dollar) we can have a packet of Rice + Fried Chicken + Ice Tea here.

That’s why we can say if you can get about US$1.000 in Indonesia, you are Successful Adsense Publisher

But again just for your information, we have so many Adsense Publishers who earn more then US$3.000 here
