So many people try weight loss with diet, they think not eat any food can make them lose their weight, well it is true, but not right, it can harm your health, in other side, you can lose your fat without any hunger, here several tips from me:
If you think breakfast can make you fat, it is not right, because when you breakfast the energy that contain on your food will burn when you in activity, like school, working, or other activity, you will need energy, if you not breakfast in the morning, then at lunch time you will greedy to eat much than before.
2. Dinner maximum 4 hours before you sleep
When you sleep, there no activities in your body, it means there no energy that burn, and your body will produce more fat, if you like to take a nap, don’t take a nap after eat.
3. Sports twice a week
If you too busy with your job or school and have no time for sports, then now you have to change your habit, take 60 minutes to walk on treadmill, swimming or aerobic, twice a week it can help you to burn your fat fastest.
4. Diet based on your blood Type
The newest invention on health medicine shows that diet based on blood type is better than diet that we know like today, diet based on blood type can help us improve our health too, remember each people have its own unique, so contact your doctor and ask the right diet for you.
5. Consume more vegetable and fruit

You have to sleep at least 8 hour per day, if you sleep lack from 8 hour a day it can make your metabolism not running well, but don’t sleep more than 8 hours too, control your sleep, because it will affect to your eat pattern, sleep longer will make you feel more hungry.
