• Frost Presence: bonus down from 80% to 60% for Armor (BAD)
  

Druids

• Improved Barkskin (GOOD)
• Improved Tree of Life (BAD)

Hunters

• Hunter’s Mark: Attack Power from 300 to 500 (GOOD)
• Master Marksman:  5/10/15/20/25% (BAD)
