Verizon has come out with the LG Dare which is their top touch-screen phone that contains features never seen before in this genre. It boasts high-tech 3.2 megapixels that have face detection, noise reduction, panorama photo stitching and SmartPic feature for taking pictures in lowlight. It has a built-in camcorder that can record high speed videos and play them back in slow motion, which is a first for U.S. camera phones. The Dare also has the ability to drag and drop icons to make notes on a drawing pad and send to a friend via MMS.
