You can change it with your own feed url, or you can have the recent post and recent comment for blogger simple hack here.

4. Post Date on blogger template.
You need to make sure that the post timestamp on your blog is set rite like this
Here is the step
- First Go to your Dashboard — Settings — Formatting
- there you should see Timestamp Format selector there.
choose the format as it’s shown above.
- Save Setting, Refresh your blog and Done.

How to change the image header?
1. Download http://www.jackbook1.googlepages.com/mushblue_style.css file
2. open the file with notepad, or any html editor you familiar with.
3. find this code below
background: url('http://www.jackbook1.googlepages.com/mushblue_r.jpg') no-repeat;
http://www.jackbook1.googlepages.com/mushblue_r.jpgthat is your current image header. change that url with your own image url.save the file.
then upload it somewhere. (i recommend to upload it on your googlepages, it’s easy to upload there)
4. go to your blog, dashboard–template–edit html5. find this line
<link href='http://www.jackbook1.googlepages.com/mushblue_style.css' media='screen' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'/>

that is your current css.
replace that with your new css, and then
6. save your template, refresh your blog and done.
