Are you a publishers of WidgetBucks? then you might be interested on this news. Widgetbucks got banned from Google Adsense. You can’t even find their own name on google search. try it your self here.
But Why? WidgeBucks is a professional site run by professional company too rite? They are an Advertising Network which I just joined view weeks ago.
Why I put off Widgetbucks from the site? It is because I see the CTR (Click Through Rate) is too low. for about 10.000 impressions, I got only about 20 clicks on the ads. and the money I earn is just about $2 only. that sad isn’t it?
So, instead annoying my readers with ads which sure it takes time and bandwith to load, I just put off their Ads from my site.
The referral it self is not pretty good also. I got about 30 referral on the first day i posted mu post, but then I see no money on my account. that sucks.
Back to Widgetbucks, why they got banned. It seems that Widgetbucks is hiding their text links behind the ads. that is evil since they do that without we know about it.
If you have widgetbucks on your site (or just find any site put widgetbucks ads on their site), try to temporary disable your javascript on your internet browser, and check the site again. there you will see that the animation ads has gone replaced by a small text link. bad boy!
No wonder they got banned from Google. If you are one of their publishers, I hope they will still pay you once you reach the minimum payments guys.

yeps. Its not making money that much. I hate it.lol for my 1,000 impresseions i just had a single click. GOd, thats too low. Might as well focus more on adsense. BTW, why dont you have adsense jack?

widgetbucks still on the google list, sorry if I am wrong. until February 2008 they still pay me, but I don’t know in March. I hope they still paid all of the blogger after update their script
I just rotate their script with another CPM program like tribalfusion. So I can earn money from many programs
