I just knew that blogspot has a feature for us to report a spam blog or any blog that violate their TOS. So instead of just clicking on the flag on the blogspot navbar (which sometime it’s hidden by the blog owner), you can just just go to this link and type the blog URL there.

From my experience not all could be accepted by google. Because I had reported blog that frankly insulted a nation, and the answer google was “that was an expression”. But even more that reported will be increasingly good, and the possibility was approved by google. sorry my english is bad

Its Ok Jack..but it is not good to spam or report any blog..Because they also want a good blog for them..definitely they will copy..so let them do it..
