Once upon a time ago, i have joined to viral tagging. i think it would be good, just by posting one post with hundrends of links to other blogs, my blog will also be linked by those hundrends blogs. but now i have realized that i was wrong. Instead it increase my pagerank, it maked my site has a worst position on google search engine result. wonder why it happened?

Link / Review Exchange, Fast Way to get traffics banned.Looks everybody has made google for their main traffic source now. Instead making good contents for their sites, so people will come and bring their friends to read the blog, many bloggers now are more interested to do the fast way. Get as lots of backlinks as they can get by doing link exchange, review exchange, viral tags, blogs carnival etc.

Yes, we know what backlink is good for, it will bring lot’s of people come to our site/blog finally. but actually people come to our site/blog is not the main destination.

Why you should don’t do those exchange things ?

If you don’t have a good content to read, or worst, you have copycat contents on your site, don’t ask people to do link / review exchange. It’s like you’re marketing your product, you talk them that you have good products, so you are inviting them to visit, but when people decided to view your product because they’re interested, caught by your keywords, you have nothing to offer. That people will just come to your site, and bookmark you as “don’t visit this site again”.

Now, I stop Viral Tagging
So, realizing that i may have not a really good enough contents on the site, i decided to stop the viral tags. I don’t want the site looks like a splog. so.. Good bye viral tags.
