How I made $1,000+ from Dead Blogspot Blogs with SedoParking! [update]

Basically we can simplify the process into these 3 steps
1. Register an account to Sedo Parking.
2. Set the Blogspot dead blogs to redirect all the visitors to that SedoParking page.
3. Sleep and earn the money.
Sounds easy huh 
OK here is the explanations of those three steps above.
1. Register an account to Sedo Parking.
Have you guys been thinking that register to Sedo means that you must have your own domain first? Well I have tried it and prove it is wrong
Many people think that to park a domain, we have to be the owner of the domain so we can set the Domain Name Server / DNS Setting or etc. Why? Because the concept of Domain Parking is like this
1. Register to a Domain Parking Program
2. Modify the Name Server / DNS Setting of the domain to point to the Domain Parking Program.
3. So Each time people come to your site (that parked domain) People will be redirected to the Domain Parking Page.
4. If that people click any ads on the Landing Page, you earn money.
What many people don’t know if that we can just redirect our visitors to that Domain Parking Program without changing any Name Server or DNS Setting.
To give you a better picture, I will just give you an example of my Sedo Parking Page which made me more then $1,000.

Found something? No? Of course! That is because I don’t renewed that domain anymore. That was my domain a year ago, but then after I got banned from Adsense, I just leaved it down.
How that domain make money for me? Well actually, it is not that domain, but this my sedo parking page (notice the link? www.sedoparking.com/gretong.com).
That page received about 1,000 unique visitors per day a year ago. (I wish I knew about Domain Parking few months earlier, I would redirect all of my gretong.com traffics there which I had more then 22,000 Unique Visitors per day that time. What a waste!).
Currently the Sedo Parking Page receive about 80 Unique Visitors per day, here are the more complete stats.

Yeah, 30 clicks per day, and about $1.2 per day. Please note that this stats is so low because I have never promote that page anymore. The only thing I have been doing with this my Parking Page is just.. again Sleep.
If you have a higher traffics then mine, then you might get so much better revenue with it. Just take a look at my first months when I just started to join this program.
See my first months? March, April, May, June. I got about 1,000 unique visitors on my dead blogspot blogs that time (My dead blogspot blogs, not my gretong.com).
The Conclusion
- Register to Sedo Parking doesn’t mean you have to buy a domain first. You can register people’s domain name there
How this works? This works because we don’t need all those Name Servers / DNS things. All we need is the Sedo Parking Page.Let’s say you register your friends domain: jackbook.com. You will get a Sedo Parking Page here:
http://www.sedoparking.com/jackbook.com
- Now what you need to do is just redirecting all the traffics of your dead blogspot blogs there to that Sedo Parking Page.

OK enough with the first point. Now that we can assume you have already know how to join to sedoparking, the next question is, How we can redirect our dead blogspot blogs visitors to our sedo parking page?
2. Redirecting Blogspot Blogs to SedoParking Program.
There are so many ways to redirecting a HTML page to another web page. You can just ask a question about how to redirect a web page, and you will receive tons of answer there. And because it is so easy to redirect a HTML page, so I will just give you 2 examples here.
Way #1. Use a Meta Refresh Tag.
1. Find this URL (http://www.sedoparking.com/gretong.com), and replace it with your own landing page URL.
<meta content=”0;url=http://www.sedoparking.com/gretong.com” http-equiv=”Refresh”/>
2. Put it inside your <Head> section
3. save your blog and done.
note: If copying the code above doesn’t work, try to copy the code from this file.
Way #2. Use a Javascript trick.
Download this file, and the rest is just a same as above steps. Put the code in that file to your <head> section.
That’s done.
Now the last steps.
3. Sleep and earn the money.

1. Where is the Sedo link?
Haha sorry, because to focus on writing this post, I forgot to give you the link. You can go to Sedo here. www.sedo.com
2. All I see on your Sedo is just Google Adsense Ads. So who pays me? Sedo or Adsense?
Sedo of course! Sedo use Google Adsense Ads for their parking page. You can see all the click stats, traffic stats or any stats there under your Sedo account page.
3. How does Sedo pay me?
Sedo can pay you via paypal (that is the fastest way, I use that) but Sedo can either pay you directly to your local bank on your country.
I live in Indonesia, and I was using BCA (Bank Central Asia) before I had Paypal Account. But since Paypal accept transactions from Indonesia, I encourage you to get a Paypal account. It’s free.
4. How can I drive traffics to my dead blogspot blogs? Give me the tricks would you?
Don’t worry, I will give you all my tricks. It’s just I can’t write all the tricks in a single post. I will write new posts later sharing my tricks to drive traffics with help of feedburners, blog networks etc.

A *.blogspot.com will do.
With a domain, you can modify its DNS server IP. WIthout a domain, you can modify the HTML to do the redirecting.

no, it means that you can use services that gives you a page in their domain, like blogspot, wordpress, etc.
@jack: did you recive the “contact us” that i sent to you? You can register to paypal without credit card info. And you can store up to $500 in a paypal account that isn’t linked to any credit card… then you can waste it with online buyings or keep them until you are able to take the money out.

Ace, I have a couple of domains I dont do anything with at the moment, would it be a good use for them considering I don’t actually really get any traffic to them? (I do intend to use them one day just not yet whilst I get my personal blog up and running properly)

Dude, to be honest. My parked domains brought more traffic than some of my regularly updated blogs. I even starting to stop posting to some of my blogs and put it on Sedo, my current domain registrar and hosting.
In the end one must face reality and change their directions. If your blog don’t get the traffic you want, then send it to the domain market, somehow someway you can gain some dollars because Sedo etc have their own network that much bigger than small blogger like me.
